Money-Back Guarantee

Please inform us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your order. Because online shoppers can't try our sodas before purchase, we offer this to online customers only.

Returns

We do not accept returns on purchases. Please carefully consider your order before purchasing. The Annex Ales Taproom does not accept returns or issue refunds on products ordered through annexsodas.com.

Damaged Order

If there has been damage to your product in transit, please reach out to us with a photo and the order number within 15 days of receiving your package. We’ll replace the cost of the can(s), or give a credit toward your next purchase.

Missing Order

If for some reason the product does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replace the order as long as we receive the request notice within 45 days of your delivery date or order placement.

Cancelling An Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within four (4) hours of placing it. If your shipment has already left our warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit.

Delivery Time

Annex cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it’s in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.

General Terms of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who we believe have harassed our staff, are aggressive or may be engaging in mail fraud.
