ARE YOUR SODAS GLUTEN-FREE?
While our sodas do not contain any ingredients with gluten, they are made in a facility that processes barley and oats. Therefore, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination and we have not tested our products. This is why we call them gluten-friendly!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship from our brewery in 1-3 business days. Once an order ships, carriers will deliver the order in 3-7 business days. Please note that during high volume shipping dates or during cold weather, it may take longer. We cannot guarantee shipping times.
WHO IS THE SHIPPING CARRIER?
All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A tracking number will be sent to the purchaser via email. We cannot guarantee shipping times. If an order is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We cannot cancel a shipment once it’s in transit. Please email orders@annexales.com immediately if there is an issue with your order.
WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER?
Please notify our team immediately via email at orders@annexales.com
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order was damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged goods and send it to orders@annexales.com along with your order number within 72 hours of receiving the order.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If items do not meet your expectations please reach out to orders@annexales.com and we will work with you.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER AT ANNEX ALE PROJECT?
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for product purchased online at the brewery

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT?
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
HOW DO I SKIP OR RESCHEDULE A CHARGE?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PAYMENT CAN'T BE PROCESSED?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
