Sodas
While our sodas are made in a facility that processes barley, wheat, and oats, we follow strict cleaning procedures. Independent testing has shown our sodas contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten, which according to the Canadian Celiac Association, makes them gluten-free.
Nope. We are proud to say that all of our sodas are caffeine-free, which means your soda consumption has no bounds.
Our Root Beer is made with Canada Food Agency–approved sassafras extract and is completely free of safrole, a compound linked to health concerns.
Because our sodas are made in a brewing facility that contains brewer’s yeast, known to creep into packaging and cause fermentation, we use a small amount of preservative to keep them fresh and safe to enjoy.

Shipping & Ordering

We currently ship to Canada-wide but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders ship from our facility in 1-2 business days. Once an order ships, carriers will deliver the order in 2-7 business days. Please note that during high volume shipping dates or during cold weather, it may take longer. We cannot guarantee shipping times.
If you’ve ordered some products, a tracking number will be provided for you via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times. If an order is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event that the product arrives later than expected.
We cannot cancel a shipment once it’s in transit. Please email orders@annexales.com immediately if there is an issue with your order.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged goods, collect your order number, and send this information to orders@annexales.com within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, please reach out to orders@annexales.com and we will work with you to remediate the issue.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges at the brewery for products that were purchased online.
Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip Payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
